For Easydom Inc. (Easydom) its users’ privacy (the “Users”) is of fundamental importance and guarantees that the collection of personal information through the website www.easydom.com (the “Website”) occurs by respecting the rights of the person concerned, with particular reference to confidentiality, personal identity protection and to the personal data protection right. For this reason Easydom has adopted and implemented a Privacy Policy statement for all concerning the Website management with reference to the users’ personal information use. The mentioned Privacy Policy statement represents the statement according to art. 13 of the “Code on personal data protection” in accordance with Italian Legislative Decree n. 196 of 30th June 2003 (the “Code”).

Definition of “Personal Data”

According to the current Privacy Policy statement, as “personal data” – like better specified in art. 4 of the Code – it means “any information concerning a natural person, legal entity, institution or association, identified or identifiable, even directly, through reference to any other information, including a personal identification number”.

This Privacy Policy statement is applied to the Users’ personal data collected through the Website.

Moreover, this Privacy policy statement is not applied to other websites property of third parties, that can be accessed through a link on the Website.


Types of handled data and handling methods

Easydom collects some personal data from Users, as the name, surname, mail address, User ID and password, information collected during the Website navigation, other personal data provided voluntarily by the User during the subscription phase. In many cases, it’s possible to visit Easydom Website without entering its own personal data. Web browsing information data

The information systems and software procedures aimed at the Website functioning obtain, during their use, some personal data whose transmission is implied in the Internet communication protocol use.

Personal data automatically allocated on Users computer (“Cookies”)

Easydom can establish the storage of some User’s personal data on its computer. It concerns text files, named cookies, that allows Easydom to ease the visitors surfing on the Website.

Furthermore, when the subscription is requested by means of a User ID and password assignment, the Users can choose to preserve them in order to not to key them for the following accesses.
