Benefits for the residential housing

Thanks to the different system integration, it's possible to give a plus value to the use of domotics applied to residential buildings

As residential sector we means all the common areas within a housing facility: this is a necessary premise to not to confuse it with the domestic environment, where domotics is used to control the whole house.
The functionalities integrated in the common spaces are directly controlled by the reception, that monitors the rooms 24 hours a day.
The classical functionalities, such as lightning and automations, are activated on the basis of the building’s necessities, both for its interior and exterior.

Even for the residential field, it’s possible to give an added value to the domotic system, thanks to the multiple integrations (video-surveillance, anti-theft and video entry-phone devices) that guarantee higher security. It’ s possible to associate courtesy lights to the entrance control so that, every time the resident enters the garage, they are turned on to guide him to the lift or to the stairs until he reaches the floor. In addition to this, there is a useful energy consumption control for the common areas, that permits energy saving by - for example - using led lamps where the system signals a high consumption.
The user can control and manage all the domotic functionalities of the entire building thanks to the touch screen panel PC, which allows an on-going and real time monitoring of the common space (stairs, lifts, garage and hallway).
In bigger buildings like skyscrapers, the user can manage the common spaces such as the gym or the cinema, booking them by the Easydom software placed in every flat.
